Younes Renak – Senior Search Consultant

Younes is a Senior Search Consultant at The Melanie Andersen Agency where he manages a range of creative roles both in-house and on the agency side. After graduating from The Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University with a B.A in Marketing and minor in Entrepreneurship, Younes held account management and operations positions at several leading advertising and creative agencies in New York including Grey and Havas Worldwide. His combined experience of initiating and nurturing consultative relationships with clients and managing internal teams makes Younes a valuable addition to our advertising and creative divisions.
