Our client is a creative digital agency that has recently won a lot of new business. Therefore, they are seeking several social and content strategists at various levels to work on a variety of leading technology and entertainment accounts. Responsibilities:
- Partner in the strategic process as the social media subject matter expert, providing insights into the best strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives through social
- Lead ideation of social content and marketing campaigns, leveraging experience and expertise, client inputs, social media monitoring, competitive analysis, and secondary research
- Drive social strategy, guiding audience management and outreach activities. Ensure that activities support an editorial plan and align with the overarching program strategy, to generate the maximum engagement from audiences
- Work closely with internal teams to execute social media strategy for clients, including overseeing community managers for clients’ social spaces (e.g., Facebook pages, Twitter feeds)
- Maintain awareness of new social media marketing platforms and techniques, as well as looking for opportunities to innovate and develop completely new techniques
- Define success metrics and track success of all social media marketing programs
- Organize results and findings into presentations for clients and team members
- Craft positioning statements, refine unique perspectives, and evolve presentation decks
- Demonstrate micro and macro knowledge of the client’s business by continuous research of brand, its categories and competitors
- Have finger on the pulse of Client’s social presence, social trends and channel shifts
Qualifications:
- 3-8 years of social strategy experience – agency or brand-side
- Experience in developing/delivering integrated social marketing campaigns required
- Have proven experience creating and implementing social media / real-time marketing campaigns, as well as overseeing day-today community management
- Understand the interaction between strategy, content and audience management
- Deep understanding of both major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc) as well as smaller and emerging platforms
- Understanding of paid social media planning, including available buy tactics, targeting, and determining budget levels
- Experience using listening & reporting tools like HootSuite, Sprinklr and Brandwatch
- Analytically strong with proven ability to demonstrate data interpretation capabilities
- Success in presenting strategic solutions and POVs that engage consumers and build brands in digital and social channels
- A passion for digital culture and inventing solutions to tomorrow’s challenges today
- Exceptional writing and presentation abilities
- Ability to synthesize and express complex ideas in accessible forms
- Experience working on a large global account a plus
- Tech category experience a plus
