Our client is a leading search engine company headquartered in San Francisco.  They are seeking an Account Manager for their Display & Mobile Business to join their sales team. This individual will report to the VP of Sales and will partner with large companies as well as advertising agencies to gain new business. The ideal candidate will be an experienced media sales professional with established client relationships and a reputation of generating new revenue in sponsorship advertising.


  • Collaborate with senior executives at large client organizations to drive new business revenue
  • Work closely with ad agencies to develop strategies
  • Create comprehensive sales presentations
  • Create predictive budgets and direct media spending
  • Accomplish and exceed sales goals


  • 4+ years of online media sales experience
  • Must have existing relationships with ad agencies and the ability to foster new client relationships
  • Must be comfortable working with senior executives on both the client and agency side
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of building a territory from the start
  • Experience in developing and managing complex deals
  • Must be able to work independently and be a self-motivator
