Sales Leader – Luxury Jewelry Brand

Job Information

Our client is a premier luxury jeweler that has experienced unprecedented growth in the past few years, launching a New York store and expanding wholesale distribution with prominent partners. They are seeking an energetic, motivated, and experienced sales leader for their Flagship retail location in Chicago. The ideal candidate is an enterprising and entrepreneurial individual with a passion for fine jewelry.


  • Consistently achieve or exceed all store sales goals
  • Continually generate new business and foot traffic through client outreach and community initiatives
  • Develop and lead clientele programs to achieve an extraordinary customer experience
  • Build and maintain strong client relations via phone, email and general outreach
  • Process custom or special orders and any complex repair jobs advising clients on lead times, pricing and any status reports
  • Partner with the Store Director resolving all customer disputes
  • Work with Store Director on any special projects as needed to support the business or company initiatives
  • Support the Store Director with any scheduling or business opportunities


  • 5+ years’ experience in retail sales is required in the fashion, luxury or fine jewelry industries
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and driven to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Must be a team player and hands on sales leader
  • Ability to work in a flexible environment and adept at multi-tasking without sacrificing quality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Keen sense of follow-through, attention-to-detail, and self-accountability
  • Passion for making a difference and driven to excellence
  • Personal sense of style and overall high aesthetic sensibility and appreciation
  • Experience in sales metrics and analytics to drive sales initiatives
