Our client is a public New York based specialty retailer in women’s fashion and are looking to hire an Email Marketing Manager. He or she will be responsible for developing and implementing email and mobile strategies and tactics that support company objectives to drive top-line sales, grow email and mobile database, retain and reactivate customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and optimize email contact strategy, retention and reactivation strategies
• Manage budgets with P&L responsibilities, schedules, creative strategy and analytics
• Partner with ECommerce, Store Operations, Creative and Social Media team to develop and optimize customer email and mobile contact strategy, including cadence and coupon/offer distribution
• Work on email and online/ecommerce data integration to understand relationship and provide insights
• Develop KPIs to measure both the short-term and long-term success of email and mobile campaigns
• Manage multiple vendors and cross-functional teams to drive results
• Develop and recommend testing and traffic drivers strategies, with clear objectives and measures of success
• Develop KPIs to measure both the short-term and long-term success of email and mobile campaigns
• Provide insights, key learnings and recommendations on current and future CRM programs
• Responsible for execution of email campaigns from start to finish including requesting creative assets, delivering files to multiple vendors, managing list processing and scheduling, as well as testing
• Run reporting and analytics to understand performance and identify trends to make recommendations for improvementsRequirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Email Marketing
• CRM marketing development and implementation experience
• Proven leadership experience in managing multiple functions
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Knowledge of email deployment tool, MSI, HTML, Omniture is a plus
• Technical skill proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
