Our client is a leading global advertising agency and is seeking to hire two seasoned Digital Strategy Director for two separate incredibly reputable large accounts. In these roles, you will lead the integrated insights and strategic planning and should bring a strong analytical foundation to uncover fresh and innovative insights, business opportunities, and inspire creative ideas. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating innovative ideas that bridge mobile, social, email and digital media to provide solutions and services that are driven by consumer insight therefore expertise in the digital realm is required. This is a visionary role, so we are looking are looking for candidates that are passionate about culture as well as being on the bleeding edge of the digital domain, staying on top of and ahead of the latest digital trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with other strategic planning team members and other agency departments to ensure that consumer insight is incorporated into marketing campaigns
  • Develop digital strategy and targeted multi-channel marketing programs for clients that help them successfully build profitable, long-term relationships with their customers
  • Manage all research pertaining to strategy, digital and creative development
  • Sell strategy and integrated creative execution by communicating a clear consumer journey
  • Build positive relationships with clients
  • Educate and inspire Account Directors on digital opportunities and best practices for all clients
  • Stay current on the latest technologies and identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, deliver and execute successful digital marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • Ten plus years of digital strategy in a digital or integrated agency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, deliver and execute successful digital marketing campaigns and measure ROI
  • Deep understanding of all digital marketing and product experiences and an understanding of how they connect brands and consumers
  • Successful track record of delivering digital programs, products and services
  • Extensive experience working with creative and/or technical development of web-based solutions, technology and emerging media
  • Exceptional communication skills – written, verbal and presentational
  • Well rounded and natural inclination to be in-the-know of pop culture
  • Passionate about creative ideas
