Our client is an American brand management company that licenses brands to retailers and manufacturers in the apparel, footwear, and apparel accessory industries. The company is on an ambitious growth plan and is currently seeking a Digital PR Manager to join their marketing team.

This is a great opportunity to join a creative environment and be the decision maker for the digital PR strategy of a major portfolio of women’s fashion brands.


  • Responsible for creating innovative pitches, email blasts, and social media outreach methods
  • Liaise with the digital press on a day-to-day basis, proactively pitch brands and secure press appointments
  • Report to a Senior PR Director and help manage a PR Coordinator
  • Work closely with online media outlets, blogs and influential social media accounts
  • Help to coordinate seasonal fashion shows, presentations, and events as needed
  • Support with in-store events, personal appearances, press outreach and look book mailings
  • Ensure celebrity spokespeople are updated with new product on a regular basis and provided with product for events
  • Help create national ad campaigns and secure meaningful press for campaigns
  • PR Database Maintenance –oversee PR Coordinator with updating PR database with editor/talent contacts
  • Social Media efforts, including:
    • Continually thinking of new ideas to support brands socially, working closely with in-house social media team to ensure they are updated with press clips, and ideas for each brand
    • Develop relationships and possess knowledge of the digital influencer community and creators
    • Produce social copy for media and influencers


  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years of digital PR experience working on fashion and lifestyle brands
  • Results oriented and creative; possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial personality, self-starter, thinks and acts like an owner
  • In-depth understanding of industry trends and capable of providing innovative, relevant ideas
  • Clear communicator with the ability to present and support a point of view
  • Possess a team player mentality and the ability to work cross functionally
  • Familiar with all existing, new, and emerging social media platforms including Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Youtube and Vine
