Our client is a public New York based specialty retailer in women’s fashion. They are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to partner with members of online and offline marketing teams. He or she will be responsible for driving traffic and sales through digital display, affiliate marketing, outlet marketing initiatives and omnichannel initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and own digital marketing calendar that presents an integrated view of all digital marketing efforts as they pertain to overall game plan and company-wide initiatives, collaborating with email team, ecommerce team, and merchandising
- Communicate internally and externally regarding digital marketing campaigns supporting company-wide initiatives including annual events, seasonal promotions, and ad hoc promotions
- Own display channels for both awareness and re-targeting programs. Work with team to set goals to drive traffic and conversion by partnering with third parties and agencies
- Drive affiliate channel performance by partnering with third party agency, setting goals and monitoring performance for maximum sales and profitability
- Monitor campaign effectiveness through analysis. Develop and maintain results tracking and reporting vehicles utilizing third party analysis software and analytics tools
- Proactively identify affiliates and display platforms/technologies to create partnerships to maximize brand reach and conversion
- Act as lead and point person for omnichannel projects and outlet stores marketing
- Manage day-to-day aspects of marketing budget and invoicing process, maintaining reports that communicate estimated spend and invoiced to date as well as committed by month and quarter
- Collaborate cross functionally on testing plans, user testing and board presentation development
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years digital marketing experience required
- Strong experience in SEO, Social and affiliate marketing needed
- Must be results-oriented, with strong hands-on marketing background with attention to detail and comfortable in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment
- Previous experience using Omniture, Google Analytics or Coremetrics required
- Excellent English language (written and verbal) and quantitative skills required
- Advanced Excel expertise required
- BA in Marketing, Communications or related field
