The company has been aggressively expanding its offering across consumer categories in the US and beyond. Due to their rapid expansion, our client is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Associate. The successful candidate should be a quick-learner, with a strong interest in marketing in an entrepreneurial and nimble environment. He or she will support the sourcing, execution and measurement of our client’s wide array of marketing campaigns in an effort to acquire and retain customers and drive increased order volume across their web and mobile platforms. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with marketing team to source, execute and measure the following key marketing channels –
    Digital: Paid search / PPC, display prospecting and retargeting, social media acquisition and retargeting, streaming content (audio; video) mobile (search; in-app) and email.
    Offline: Print, out-of-home, events and sponsorships.
  • Work closely with other internal departments to develop fully integrated marketing campaigns, including creative/copy, product and tech
  • Stay current on marketing trends and best practices, including and especially our competitors across the on-demand restaurant, liquor, grocery and laundry businesses
  • Leverage promotion creation module to create smart and clear promotions for current and prospective customers
  • Execute ad hoc marketing team requests

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 1 year (or equivalent internship) experience in marketing for a high-growth business in the technology industry or other related experience
  • Understanding of digital marketing best practices and success factors
  • Ability to juggle and coordinate multiple projects with varying timelines simultaneously
  • Ability to analyze a range of data and synthesize findings into clear trends and actionable recommendations
  • Outstanding and proven communication and organizational skills with a focus on teamwork, project management and follow-up
  • Familiarity with the client’s web platform and a passion for technology start-up businesses
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
