Our client is a global digital advertising agency that fosters an environment of collaboration to develop best-in-class campaigns. We are helping them identify a Creative Director for their New York office.


  • Drive creative strategy with multiple teams to concept
  • Produce quality creative solutions that meet clients’ business objectives and goals
  • Work across a range of accounts in the entertainment, financial services and consumer packaged goods industries


  • About 10 years of agency experience required; management experience required
  • Have a deep understanding – and is aligned – in the approach of rooting in the “strategic idea” to deliver work that effectively addresses the business challenge.
  • While digital remains a main component of the work that is created, this agency is a strong advocate in fleshing an idea out in a 360 capacity, with the initial perspective of digital communications at the forefront, so integrated experience is a bonus.
