Our client is an innovative beauty company headquartered in San Mateo, California. Due to their rapidly growing business, they are currently seeking a Brand Coordinator to support the marketing team in maintaining and updating the company’s website and social media initiatives. This is a great opportunity for a junior level marketing candidate to join a dedicated team of hard-working individuals who all share a mutual passion for beauty and style.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage product library including images, marketing copy and affiliate links to help maintain and update website for fast-paced start-up in the beauty space.
  • Help manage monthly marketing calendar and project manage development of all interactive deliverables.
  • Collect brands partner assets, manage creative development and manage approval process for monthly programs.
  • Manage library of all brand partner creative assets and ensure proper placement of brand assets on all digital properties

Requirements:

  • An interest in the beauty category and keeping up to date with the latest trends and products
  • Highly organized.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
  • Comfortable with content management systems and other web-based applications.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fluid fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • BA required
