Our client is an online marketplace connecting clients to the best health, fitness and beauty services in their cities. They are seeking a motivated account executive to join their growing sales team. The position is entry level, and a great foot in the door at a dynamic and innovative tech company in New York City.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with business owners across the US in explaining the brand and product offering
- Recognize and execute up-sell opportunities
- Manage your own leads: utilize online and offline sources to cultivate new leads and develop/maintain your pipeline
- Make a high volume of daily outbound sales calls to business owners across multiple verticals
- Drive the full sales cycle to attain new business: Prospect, assess business goals through qualifying, work with business owners in the company’s platform and advertising packages, and close the deal
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience)
- Energetic and outgoing personality with strong communication skills, and a drive to win
- Ability to work on your toes both individually and in a team setting
- Exhibit adaptability and flexibility
- Stay focused and motivated, while maintaining effective time-management skills
- Drive to think strategically and succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Receptive to feedback and dedication to consistent self-improvement and growth
- Demonstrated sales aptitude, with relentlessly high standards (you’re never satisfied with mediocrity)
