Jamie Espérance is an Associate Search Consultant at The Melanie Andersen Agency where he supports sales, merchandising and operations related searches for our retail, fashion and wholesale clients. Heralding from Nyack, N.Y, a quaint town off of the Hudson River, he was always attracted to small business and startups from working in his father’s businesses. After studying Human Resources and Business Administration in college, Jamie developed a particular interest in pursuing a career in executive search. This, combined with his passion for the fashion industry, made him a natural addition to the agency. Additionally, Jamie manages our website maintenance and social media updates.
