Chrissy Desanctis – Chief Operating Officer

Chrissy DeSanctis is the Chief Operating Officer where she manages all operational activities for our staff and oversees both research and marketing initiatives for the company. Chrissy began her career in the lifestyle, fashion and retail industries serving in a number of different roles. Chrissy transitioned into Executive Search in 2007 at Janou Pakter, Inc. as a Research and New Business Associate and where she first worked with Melanie. After The Melanie Andersen Agency was launched, Melanie hired Chrissy in 2010 and since then she has been managaging our research and administrative teams, directing all research activities pertaining to search assignments spanning all industry sectors for our agency. Additionally, Chrissy works closely with Melanie on strategy and planning initiatives for the company.
