They seek a dynamic and passionate Director of Agency Operations to oversee and manage the day to day activates of the agency, ensure that processes and procedures are as efficient and streamlined as possible, establish scopes of work, help with client and candidate negotiations, play a role in agency growth from a business development perspective, jump in and troubleshoot client issues when necessary, and play a part in the hiring process and mentoring/onboarding of staff. This candidate will work hand in hand with the Founder and lead Creative Director.
