Our client is an innovative beauty company headquartered in San Mateo, California. Due to their rapidly growing business, they are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to provide overall support to the company’s beauty brand partnerships. This individual will assist in the development and execution of all marketing programs including their monthly membership program, added value programs, retail initiatives, and live events. This is a great opportunity for a marketing candidate to join a dedicated team of hard-working individuals who all share a mutual passion for beauty and style.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with team to develop and execute marketing programs to support beauty brand partners. Programs include monthly membership program, retail initiatives, added value programs, and live events, among others.
  • Work with team to develop monthly marketing calendar.
  • Serve as project manager to ensure timely and accurate execution of campaign events.
  • Develop relationships with brand partners to understand their brand story, product assortment and marketing objectives.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop creative assets, obtain necessary approvals and publish content on time and accurately.
  • Craft materials to help brand partnerships team secure new partnerships.
  • Prepare campaign recap reports including consumer insights and campaign analytics for brand partners.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years working of marketing experience with a beauty or lifestyle company.
  • An interest in the beauty category and keeping up to date with the latest trends and products
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with lots of change
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Experienced Powerpoint user, proficient in Excel
  • BA required
