Our client is an innovative, social media marketing platform headquartered in New York City. They are seeking a Frontend Developer to join their growing team and assist in building new streamlined applications across web, tablet and mobile. This individual will be working closely with the development and design teams on creating interactive and user friendly consumer-facing tools that are in line with the site’s overall aesthetic.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a senior developer to implement elegant UI/UX designs through creation of concise and thoughtful HTML and CSS/SASS
- Build scalable frontend web, tablet and mobile applications in clear and beautiful code to deliver a better overall user experience
- Collaborate with the backend team around the development of new features as well as refining existing features
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of professional frontend engineering work experience
- Expert in HTML and CSS/SASS
- Understanding of responsive design concepts and strategies
- Demonstrated web application development and JavaScript experience
- Excellent communication skills and able to collaborate well with other team members
