Our client is a full-service, creative digital agency that is best known for designing and developing cutting edge websites and applications for a range of leading fashion and lifestyle brands. Due to a newly acquired fashion account, the agency is looking to hire a Digital Account Manager/Supervisor to oversee the account and manage all facets of project and account management from strategic planning, project scheduling, interfacing with the client, working with developers and designers as well as handling overall day-to-day administration. This is an excellent opportunity for the qualified candidate with a passion for the digital space, to grow their account management career within a highly creative and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall work process
  • Regular international travel to client site
  • Prepare and/or review activity reports and status reports for clients
  • Assist with managing basic updates to sites and/or applications for all areas of the account
  • Prepare and/or review activity reports and status reports¬†for clients
  • Be main point of contact between the client and agency
  • Work closely with strategy, development and design teams
  • Keep account team abreast of timelines and deadlines
  • Assist with content planning

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have around 4 to 5 years of experience working on digital projects in an agency.
  • Experience in managing e-commerce websites, microsites, social media projects, and other digital campaigns is required.
  • Candidates should possess excellent organizational skills, strategic thinking and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently and a strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Candidates must possess a working knowledge of website structure, digital space and social media.
  • The ideal candidate must have the ability to communicate, both written and verbal, with people at all levels of an organization.
  • Prior experience working on a fashion account is preferable but not essential.
  • Travel to Europe will be required for this role and excellent benefits are on offer to the successful candidate.
